Aloha folks,
On some property listings I see "land was never planted in sugar cane/pineapple" and was curious about the meaning. What are the cons of buying land that had been formerly planted in either of these crops?

I have never seen a posting like that, could you post the link? I assume the sugar cane remark has something to do with annual burning on the land after harvest.
