Those who know me know I'm a pretty damn good cook, and those who don't would just have to believe it! I made Filet Mignon with Caramelized Shallots and Atlanta Creamy Blue crumbles, served with Truffle Fries and Mixed Veggies with Tarragon Cream Sauce for dinner tonight! Opened a bottle of 2007 Monte Volpe Primo Rosso, and even my wife was happy!
PS. If you never had Truffle Fries, try it, it's unbelievable!
