Even the CEO of Zillow thinks you should ask a real-estate agent what your home is worth! http://www.marketwatch.com/story/even-t ... 2016-09-15

It's funny. The "Zestimate" has never been accurate. During the times of the housing boom in the early 2000's my homes in AZ were "Zestimated" about $50k over what they were actually selling for and what the county valued them at. After the bust the "Zestimate was about $25k less than what homes were selling for and what the county valued them at. I just got my tax bill for one of my properties last night and I just checked out Zillow right now. And the "Zestimate" for that home is less than $1k from the county's valuation. Still, I have my rental agent over there give me comps for my homes every year.
