We were really serious about building one of these, then it was recommended to speak with a reputable builder about it. While the materials are of good quality and the base price is reasonable, the thing that drove us to take another avenue in building is the finishing costs. Everything ends up being customized! No square corners, so everything has to be made to fit just right! They are an interesting building, (we still really like the look) a more traditional Island Style home has won out and getting ready for the engineered plans! Good Luck!

Mike has built numerous homes for my clients, friends, family and myself during the years. Nobody ever said a bad word about him. You will be happy with him.
