The contact for Sharkey's website isn't working, so I figured I'd ask you guys my question.

I bought a bag of whole beans about 2 years ago. I opened them, re-sealed them in the original packaging, and put the bag in the freezer. Do you think they're still good to use?

They have a new web site: http://hawaiianvolcanocoffee.com selling the same coffee. I doubt your coffee that was frozen will taste better than an average low-grade coffee. Coffee should not be frozen. In fact, coffee should not even be put in the refrigerator.

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll be buying a new supply when we arrive.

KTA sells their coffee in all stores on the island, but it's more expensive buying it retail. I know they have someone coming to Kona every week and deliver coffee, but I'm not sure about Waikoloa. Check with them.
