Not sure what Farmade is? Is that some sort of drink like Koolade?

I think I smoked weed with that long haired guy with the beard. If I remember correctly he smoked me under the table. :D :D :D

I must be a lot younger than all of you as I don't remember the 90's which is probably why I don't know any of the people you guys are talking about. On the other hand it could be the drugs.... :drunken: :drunken: :drunken:

I did miss that part of my childhood. I smoked weed from the early 70's until the very early 90's. It wasn't as strong as it is now. I smoked an ounce a week. Also, when available I smoked Thai sticks, hash and hash oil. From the mid 70's until the very early 90's I drank heavily. A case of beer a day on the weekends plus hard liquor was not uncommon. Six to twelve a night after work on the weekdays was also not uncommon. Smoking weed and drinking a few at lunch was a normal day for me. I can't remember what I started my day with every morning. On top of this I smoked cigarettes to the tune of 1 - 2 packs a day. I finally quit the cigs in 1996. The cigs started around the time I was 12 or 13. The weed started when I was 14. Drinking started at 16. I finished my drug career with crystal meth and cocaine. I got down to 138 pounds and a 32 or 34 inch waste. I quit everything at once cold turkey, except the cigs. I quit those cold turkey, too. But not until a few years later.

It all started while being abused physically, mentally and verbally growing up. My father was not a very nice person. I have two older brothers that escaped from my parents grip when they turned 18 which means I was 9 and then 13. After the last brother left all of my father's abuse fell on me instead of being divided amongst the three of us. Even my mother joined in at times.

Between the abuse by my parents and the self abuse no wonder my body is falling apart...

Just so you know I was just messing with you all about not knowing who Cash and the Highwaymen were. :alien: :alien: :alien:

It seems my liver is fine. It has survived the assault I put on it. I wish I could say the same form the rest of my body.

I feel like that today, that's for sure!

I took a couple of days off and made a 4 day weekend and spent it with family out here visiting. This is my first day back to work and I am trying to catch up with all my work. No one here to do my work for me while I am out. My head is still out to lunch....

I just found this version of the Me and Bobby McGee on YouTube. Never heard of the band, but it's awesome! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IovUTvGaQkY
